The Massgrave team, which has long been dedicated to the activation of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office products, recently announced a new activation method: TSforge activation, which can activate all modern versions of Windows and Office. The newly released MAS 3.0 version update has integrated this new activation method, which the MAS team claims is the most powerful and far-reaching activation exploit ever, capable of bypassing various measures of Microsoft's activation protection system.

How to use this activation method:#
Open PowerShell in administrator mode when activation is needed and execute the following command:
irm https://get.activated.win | iex
Enter 3 in the command prompt window and follow the prompts. Normally, the script will automatically detect the system or software version and execute the operation, requiring little to no manual intervention afterward.
The MAS team conducted in-depth research on Microsoft's activation protection system and discovered the specific technical details Microsoft uses to activate products and store licenses (https://massgrave.dev/blog/tsforge), and they also found vulnerabilities in Microsoft's protection system that can be exploited. Microsoft's modern DRM technology is known as the Software Protection Platform (SPP), a complex system composed of multiple components, with product activation information stored in physical storage data.dat and token storage tokens.dat (these are the two files we used to back up activation information). The TSForge technology can inject forged data into these storage files, which can bypass all checks and force the SPP platform to recognize fake product keys or phone confirmation IDs as valid licenses.
Interestingly, the MAS team previously announced that they successfully cracked the paid Extended Security Updates (ESU) for Windows 10, and in a new blog post, MAS revealed that this was also achieved using TSForge. In the future, activating the system will be a very simple task for users, and ultimately this is because Microsoft does not care whether individual users use "pirated" versions, as a Microsoft employee stated, as long as you use Windows 11, that's enough, because you are the product.
The tools of the MAS project are all open source and hosted on the GitHub platform. In fact, if Microsoft wanted to combat this technological piracy, they could simply send a DMCA notice to GitHub, but Microsoft has never done so.
